The 2nd Annual Biggest Loser Contest. This year Grand Valley Fitness will probably have teams instead of individuals for the Biggest Loser Contest. This event is open to anyone who wants to lose weight. The contest starts in Jan 2010 and will run for approximately 10-12 weeks. There will be weigh ins and prizes for the winner.
This competition is very similar to the one you see on television.
